By accessing and using LamboReads (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

LamboReads provides users with access to a rich collection of electronic books and audiobooks. You understand and agree that the Service is provided “AS-IS” and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LamboReads and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
